Dear Mayor and Councilmembers:
On Monday, July 25th, 1994, I, owner of A -1 Maintenance, Inc.
is requesting a special users permit to purchase the building located
on 5845 Stage Coach Trail.
I have been in lawn care and snow removal business for seven years.
My staff consists of eight employees at the present time. My
@business specializes in townhome and condominium complexs. I take
great pride in providing outstanding customer service to my clients.
This outstanding customer service has contributed to my business
growth. As a result of this growth, a larger storage facility is
needed. The most economical and practical building is located on
5845 Stage Coach Trail.

The building would be used for a storage location of my equipment
and vehicles. My staff coming and leaving the building will be
minimal. During the summer hours, we would leave the facility
around 7:00 or 8:00 A.M. and return to the facility around 5 :00 or
6:00 P.M.. Winter hours are contingent upon the snow fall. I am
aware of the residents around the building. My staff and I would
respect their property and privacy. We service our clients at their
complexs; we do not require our clients to come to us for service.
The improvements that will be made consist of the following:
1. Yawning for the front of the building.
2. Paint the outside of the building.
3. Install one small bay window.
4. Put in corner fencing.
5. Asphalt the driveway with proper marked parking.
These improvements will take three years to complete.
Please consider issuing a special users permit for this building. I
appreciate your time and consideration in this matter.
