RE: Hazardous Waste Compliance
The Washington County Department Public Health & Environment (Department) is required by
statute to license and inspect generators of hazardous waste in Washington County. In response to
a complaint, the Department has reviewed the Company for compliance. The results of this review
are summarized below:
The Department has inspected the facility of A -1 Inc on September 9, 1998. The Company
generates parts washer solvent and used oil. At the time of inspection, no violations were
noted. A -1 Maintenance, Inc. has applied for and received their Hazardous Waste Generator
License.
