The itemization does not include time expended for review or the many letters and faxes from Mr. Nelson, Mr. Carlson and Mr. Snyder. Nor does it include numerous office visits, telephone conversations with Mr. Nelson. • - Taking the above into consideration, 23.5 hours have been expended. Calculated at the rate of $42.00 per hour, as approved in the fee schedule of the Uniform Building Code, the fee for expended hours is $987.00, plus one hour, for a total of $1,029.00.
