Re: "As Built" Certificate of Survey
Dear Homeowner /Resident:
Please be advised that our files do not indicate that a final "as built" certificate of survey
was provided to the City upon the completion of your home construction. At the time of
permit issuance, the contractor who built your home was assessed an escrow fee to
guarantee this survey provision.
I am writing to inform you that the City has engaged Kemper and Associates to verify
your survey and prepare "as built" documents for finalization. Kemper & Associates will
also be placing or locating existing property pins, for my inspection. You will receive an
as built certificate of survey for your property upon his completion.
There is no charge to you for this service or the as built certificate of survey.
Mr. Kemper or one of his associates should be attending to this service within the next
10 to 15 days. This letter is to advise you of their impending visit to your home and to
ask that you provide them with access in order to complete the needed survey for your
home.
