We have completed .our second review of the proposed plat of OAK PAR
MARKETPLACE, which was received and dated in this office on January 6, 2004. The
following item should be addressed:
1. Washington Count° records indicate that the owners listed on the proposed plat are
not the owners of record. The owners listed on the plat must be the owners of
record at the time of recording the plat.
When this item has been resolved, the proposed plat will comply with current standards
and you may proceed toward its completion.
Prior to presenting this plat to the County Surveyor, please ensure that the plat is in
compliance with MS 505.08, Subd. 1, concerning: "OFFICIAL PLAT" and "COPY
labeling.
We strongly suggest that appointments be made with the Surveyor's Office as well
as the Recorder and the Auditor/Treasurer Offices at least 24 hours prior to
presenting this plat for approval and signature,, An appointment will assure that the
County Offices will be able to meet your needs once you arrive, The Surveyor's office
approval process typically takes fifteen minutes, or more depending on individual plat
circumstances. Tease call 651 -430 -6875 to schedule an appointment. If your client or
another individual will be presenting this plat to the Count' Surveyor's Office,, we urge
you to infonrn there of this recommendation.
