Wolff (1944-1996) received the forwarded e-mail from Mr. Todd Stewart, explaining the initialing and the changes that he made to the Planned Unit Development Permit, which was noted in paragraph 2 on page 2 of my letter, dated January 29, 2004. Unfortunately, Mr. Stewart's note references a faxed copy of page 4, which I assume is page 4 of the Permit that this office prepared. Given the comments that 1 see within the e-mail, 1 will assume that the Permit, as drafted by the City and as it will be recorded with the county, may delete the initials and proceed to recording, as prepared.
