Box 2007 • Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 -2007 • Phone: 651/439 4439 • Fax: 651/439 -0574 June 1, 2011 Hand Delivered Mr. William Burger 14791 Upper 56 St. N. Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Ref: Unlicensed /Un- operable Vehicle Dear Mr. Burger, The City has received a complaint that your bluish -green Honda has been parked in your driveway and not moved for more than a year. The City's Zoning Ordinance prohibits outside storage of unlicensed or inoperable vehicles. I have enclosed a copy of that code section for your review. The vehicle license plates expired November 2010, and it appears that the vehicle is inoperable. This letter is to inform you that the vehicle must be removed from the property or stored within your garage until such time that the vehicle is licensed and in running condition. Compliance must occur no later than June 5, 2011. If these conditions are not met the City shall take further action to resolve this issue. If you have any questions please call me or e-mail me at jbutler @cityofoakparkheights.com. Thank you, -- 7 .. ---- CC: Eric Johnson, City Administrator Brian DeRosier, Police Chief Julie Hultman, Planning and Code Enforcement Officer Tree City U.S.A.
