One point to note on the permit is that MnDOT will not allow any parking improvements to encroach into the existing drainage easement (as requested by the applicant for future parking expansion consideration). No material shall be deposited on the traveled roadway. All areas disturbed by the applicant shall be restored with a minimum of 6" of topsoil (according t0Mn/b0T Standard Specification 2105 Table 1 Topsoil Bonow), then sodded or seeded. Seed or sod should be the same as /ox compatible with the existing turf cover.
