Re: Silt Fencing
Dear Matt,
As required by the PUD agreement, during the process of this development all silt fences and orange
fencing installed to protect the area of trees surrounding the pond shall be maintain until vegetation is
established.
I am directing you that the following items be addressed:
1) All of the silt fencing, orange fencing, and steel fence posts be removed from around the South
pond.
2) All of the silt fencing, orange fencing, and steel posts be removed from around the North pond.
3) Though -out the site all other miscellaneous silt fencing and metal fence posts shall be removed.
In all of the above areas the vegetation has been well established for a couple of years and therefore the
fencing shall be removed. In addition the silt fencing on your site shall be properly maintained to serve
its purpose though -out the project. Also, please continue to police the construction site and pick up all
debris that may be blown off the site from high winds.
Attached are photos of the areas to be addressed, but may not include all. The following is to be
completed no later than 4:30 p.m. on this Friday the 13 of May or further actions will be taken by the
City. If you have any further questions please call me.
Thank you,
ti A7
