Enclosed is a title commitment evidencing ownership and encumbrances. 2. We do not anticipate having to change any of the items outlined in the current developer's agreement as outlined, except for the items involving number of units and any proposed design and or color changes the Staff may recommend. There is no Homeowners Association involved with currently proposed building. It is to be owned by a single entity. 3. See enclosed utility plans 4. See enclosed full scale copies of the entire plan sheet 5. Dimensions are now included on all site and architectural plans. 6. Tables are now provided indicating square footages and bedrooms. 7. See calculated density for each of the phases. 8. See attached plans for the previously approved Oak green Village project. The total proposed number of units in the earlier approved development was 48. 9. See enclosed lighting plan. 10. No more site signs and monuments are planned for. 11. See enclosed snow storage /removal plan. 12. All trash/recycling is to be stored inside of all buildings and units. Only on trash days will devices be outside. 13.
