Dear Tim, Thank you for taking the time this morning to meet with Andy Kegley, Matt Currie, and myself to investigate the damage to the trail along 58 Street. As we saw, there is extensive damage to the trail, such as holes, scraps, and track marks from excavation equipment. Per our discussion, you agreed that the entire trail needs to be repaired with a complete overlay. At the east and west ends of the trail the asphalt is to be saw cut, removed and replaced with new tapering to a smooth transition at the intersection of the existing trails. As we are in the first week of November, and as stated by Matt Currie, it is very unlikely that you could get the asphalt to repair the trail, since the plants typically close the second week of November. You stated that you would repair the trail next spring with the starting of the Oak Park Senior Living Project Phase I. • The repair of this trail will be a condition added to the Development Agreement for Oak Park Senior Living Phase I project with the repairs to be completed no later than June 1, 2012. However if the start of the project is delayed you are still required to meet this deadline date. Also, I would like to thank you for addressing all of the outstanding issues stated in my October 20 letter regarding the clean up and erosion control of the Oakgreen Commons site.
