Box 119 Stillwater, Minnesota 55082 RE: Oak Park Heights — Oak Park Senior Living Phase I — PUD Amendment FILE NO: 236.02 — 11.04 Dear Mr. Nolde: As you are aware I am the City Planning Consultant for the City of Oak Park Heights. The City received additional information on October 19, 2011 from your consultants in order to satisfy the requirements for a complete PUD Amendment application for the Oak Park Senior Living Phase I Project. Additionally we met with your project architect Michael Diem on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 to discuss the application materials. With this letter we are informing you that the application is complete and the City will move forward with Planning Commission and City Council review. At the meeting with Mr. Diem we discussed additional detail information that will need to be provided by November 2, 2011 in order to assist staff in its review. Those items are as follows: 1. Provide a separate sheet that details the existing and proposed trails and sidewalks for this development. 2. Provide a copy of the 2009 tree inventory for the site in paper and electronic format. 3. Provide a revised streetscape view from Oakgreen Avenue looking north as was discussed with Mr. Diem. 4. Provide a colored rendering of the view from the pond looking northeast. Please find the following schedule of meetings at which this application would be considered. Note that the schedule may change if the Planning Commission takes more than one meeting for public input and consideration.
