This letter has been hand delivered Stillwater, MN 55082 at the meeting. Dear. Mr. Nolde, You have submitted various information to the City regarding two proposed PUD Amendments; the same being a revision to the second phase of the Carriage Homes Development and possible revisions to the Oakgreen Villas project. Despite these generalities, the submissions to date have not been submitted in a matter that is useable nor viable for the Ci:, items emailed, Some tems are emale some items are:dro City. � - Rled off and on different days, different items are delivered late, and it is even suggested that the City go to a private FTP site to download certain items. Naturally, the City cannot process an application in this fashion and which is made more difficult under the 15.99 statute. At this time, the City is fully rejecting all elements of this application, this also includes any information submitted via email, suggested via a City connection to an FTl Site. Please also see the memo dated September 19 2011 from Julie Hultman. Unless and until a submission is made to the City in a concise and straightforward method that wholly contains the required information, the City will continue to reject piecemeal applications. In order to preserve an October review timeline for your project, the City will of er you One more day to. provide the City complete and wholly distinct. applications and each Sbaltinciudeall the items found on the attached Checklist. Per our discussion at that time, in order to clearly define the two separate applications and requests, you were directed to: 1. Separate the application materials so that the Bldg. 3 PUD Amendment application and the revision of Oakgreen Village materials are distinctly separate application packages. 2. Provide a separate project narrative for each application. 3. Provide discs containing all the drawings submitted - 1 for each application. 4. Return the revised materials to City Hall to my attention immediately. 5. Scan both applications and supporting attachments and email them to me as well as to City Administrator Johnson, City Planner Richards, Building OffiCiai Butter, Pubtic Works Director Kegley, City Attorney Vierling and City Engineer Long. You indicated that the above separation tasks would not be a problem and that you would attend them right away.
