I note:
1. The Grantee is the deed is not the entity that has the CUP from the city on this parcel.
2. The legal description does not match that which the city was provided for the lot being that which was contained in
Certificate of Title #67062
Until these matters are cleared up no permit shall issue

Hi Mark,
We received word from TireProz that they were closing at 11 a.m. today and wanted to get their demo permit. Once
again, we said that we would need that proof of ownership or owner okay to allow the permit to be issued. We received
the attached QCD for the new ownership. Jim asked me to touch base with you to get your viewpoint. Do you find this
satisfactory for demo permit issuance?
