Milwaukee, WI 53224 Re: 5595 Memorial Ave. N., Oak Park Heights, MN (PIN 06.029.20.24.0033) — Signage Compliance Dear Mr. Seitz: Please be made aware of City Ordinance 401.15.G.15.c "Out of Business Signs" that requires signs not used for signing when a business permanently closes or leaves the tenant space shall be removed within thirty (30) days from the close of the business. The multi- tenant sign, as shown on the second page, situated at 5595 Memorial Ave. N., Oak Park Heights, MN has two sets of signage panels that need to be addressed. Victory Fitness and Medi -Spa have been permanently out of business at this address for period greater than 30 days. - These brown /bronze panels have the text cut out and have a colored background, as seen in the Child Care panel. An attempt was made to darken them; however they remain visible and shall be changed out to a solid brown /bronze to meet zoning ordinance compliance for the sign. As the owner of this property, Bank Mutual is wholly and solely responsible to undertake the change out of these panels to solid brown /bronze panels to match those in place. Please take the necessary steps to have this City Ordinance violation addressed no later than Tuesday, August 30, 2011. A compliance check will be made after the noted compliance deadline.
