Re: Special Event Advertisement and Displays
Dear D.J. —
I spoke with Rich on July 21, 2009 regarding the number of days remaining available to
Stillwater Motors for special event signage and display. At that time he indicated that he was
going to fax a permit over to me.
Banners and displays were put in place and observed on the 22 " of July, without a permit
having been applied for. I emailed both you and Rich on the 24 regarding the need for the
permit. To date I have received no response from either of you and the banners and displays
remain in place.
Please complete the special event permit required for these displays by City Ordinance
401.15.G. and attached for your convenience. You can fax (651- 439 - 0574), email
( jhultman @cityofoakparkheights.com) or drop off your - permit application.
Remit your permit application by 4:30 p.m., Thursday, July 30, 2009 or remove all of the
special event advertisement, including the two banners, the tire rack with pennants on them
and the sign from the tire rack facing Stillwater Blvd /Hwy. 5.
Please note that during non special event permitted periods of time, the tire racks are
supposed to remain close to the service area exterior walls and shall not contain any
advertisement.
