of dealership property. Banners must comply with ordinance requirements and shall not be
in any public right of way or create a visual obstruction for roadway traffic. Tent within
dealership site and streamers @ eastern perimeter.

NOTE:
Application signature for this permit agreed to comply with City of Oak Park Heights
Ordinances and regulations therein adopted. Applicant further agreed by signature on the

Code Enforcement Officer of any changes to design, location or placement duration. Failure
to comply with City Ordinance is a misdemeanor violation and is subject to Police Department
review and personal citation upon the business owner and /or manager.
