Dear Mr. Butler:
We have finished our review of the Service Availability Charge (SAC) reports from the City of Oak Park Heights
for the period of April 2001 through July 2002.
There is only one item to be resolved.
Plumbing Permit #0200138, dated 6/13/02, was issued for the sewer connection of Stillwater Motors located at
5900 Stillwater Blvd. N. without the collection of SAC. This project should be charged 9 SAC units as
determined below.

11 bays @ 14 bays/SAC unit 0.79
Vehicle Wash 1.00
Total SAC units: 893 or 9
Using this letter as an invoice, please remit $ 10,800 (9 SAC units @ the 2002 rate of $1,200 each) within 30
days in order to avoid interest accrual.
