site and building are in accordance with the Development Grading Plan or amendments as
approved by the City Engineer as well as the approved certificate of survey. Any discrepancies
from the original certificate of survey are shown and labeled on the as -built certificate of survey.
In addition, all corner irons are in place as of this date.

hereby escrow $1,000.00 with the City of Oak Park Heights as
security for compliance with the following items that are pending
completion on the lot above identified.
Upon satisfactory completion of the above items on or before
