Information on submission requirements for a Comprehensive Plan
Amendment, Zoning District Amendment, Planned Unit Development,
Conditional Use Permit, Street Vacation, Subdivision and Variance
is provided in this form. The applicant and City Staff should
use this form to determine whether the submission requirements
have been met.
The applicant is expected to pay the appropriate fees and submit
the documentary material required before review of the
application by the City Council can be scheduled. To minimize
costs and expedite the city review process, it is essential that
all necessary information be submitted in detail and that it be
entirely a c c ur a to .
For all types of applications, the applicant is required to
submit a basic fee of $50.00 thich is non- refundable and is
included in the fee schedule.
