All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and/or
restrictions imposed by the City Council of the City of Oak Park
Heights.
1. Former legal description: Lot 1, Block 1, Brackey West •
Addition
2. Development Agreement. This real property is subject to
all of the terms and conditions of the Development
Agreement dated June 23, 1997 as executed by KTJ Limited
Partnership Eleven, a Minnesota partnership, "Developer",
and the City of Oak Park Heights, a true and correct copy
of same being on file and of record in the office of the
City Administrator of Oak Park Heights, Minnesota.
3. Assessments. Assessments are pending against said lands
and transfers or conveyances must comply with escrow
provisions noted within Paragraph 4 of said Development
Agreement.
4. Building Permits. Building permits on Lots 3 and 4,
Block One shall not be issued until building plans have
been submitted to and approved by the City Council.
II. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS
The following additional restrictions and provisions being
part of the Conditional Use Permit to be issued herein affecting
the following manners shall be:

None allowed except by Development Agreement
B. Fencing
None allowed except by Development Agreement
C. Exterior Storage
None allowed except by Development Agreement
D. Chemical /Pollutant Storage and Disposal
None allowed except by Development Agreement
E. Screening

Per Development Agreement
G. Lighting
Per Development Agreement and City Ordinances

Per Development Agreement
