This real property is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Development Agreement dated June 23, 1997 as executed by KTJ Limited Partnership Eleven, a Minnesota partnership, "Developer", and the City of Oak Park Heights, a true and correct copy of same being on file and of record in the office of the City Administrator of Oak Park Heights, Minnesota. 3.
