Eric,
Did a site investigation at Mr. Harvieux's rental property at 14798 N. 56 St. The house and shed are 90% painted
and looks very nice. He has covered the foundation insulation with aluminum to protect it from the weather. The
garage panel has been replaced and shall be painted. The egress windows have been trimmed. The yard has been
hand graded and will be seeded and cover with a matt and straw to stabilize the soil. This will be done as soon as
they have completed the painting and will no longer be walking around to the back yard. I addressed the issue on
the stair and he will be doing something to correct them.
As far as correcting the vents for the dryer and bath fan, that shall also be corrected. I will follow up with a final
inspection as soon as he calls.
I do not believe Mark needs to send a letter.
