Subject: oak Park Station R Brown's Greek Watershed Approval
As per discussion at today's staff meeting, I investigated the status of approval for oak Park Station by Brown's Creek
Watershed District.
Through our files, I've located Browns Creek Watershed District Minutes of January 28, 2002, wherein it approved the
plans for oak Park Station and the at the permit would be issued when the fees and sureties were delivered.
On March 4, 2002, we receied a copy of the letter from Goldridge Group, forwarding review fees and performance bond to
Mark Doneux for Brown's Creek Watershed District.
To date, we have not received any information that this permit has been processed. I've left a voice mail with Mr. Doneux
requesting a response to the status of this activity and will update you with his response once I receive it.
If any of you would like copies of the documents mentioned above, please let me know.
