I AM REQUESTING A 10 FOOT REDUCTION, OR A 20 FOOT SET BACK FROM THE STREET. THE MAJOR PROBLEM IN CONSTRUCTING A GARAGE ON MY PROPRTY IS, THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF A DETACHED GARAGE HAS TO BE AT LEAST FIVE FEET FROM ANY OTHER STRUCTURE. WITHOUT A VARIANCE, THE LARGEST BUILDING I WOULD BE ABLE TO BUILD IS ONLY 15 FEET WIDE. THE PRESEBT CONTOUR OF THE LOT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR BUILDING ANYTHING BEHIND THE HOUSE. 'QUESTION D. MY PROPERTY BORDERS 56TH ST. TO THE FRONT, AND 56th ST CIRCLE N TO THE SIDE OR EAST. QUESTION E. i would like to build a two car garage on my property. THIS VARIANCE WOULD CHANGE THE LAY OUT AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LOT THE LEAST. N 1021 > yg r ( 5 s r r _ -1 c-. to. tea.' ` 1 l }ovrr.
