Grading and erosion control
You hereby are requested to take the following actions to come into compliance with the above BCWD Rule:
Action Required and Requested Date of Compliance
1. Fill erosion channels, re-grade ditch to a 20-ft flat bottom trapezoidal shape, and seed with appropriate seed mix
for early fall as per MrDOT Standards and Specifications Section 2575. Measures to ensure stability of the ditch
may include erosion control blankets, fiber logs, bio-logs, and check dams.

as planned. Excavation and re-grading may be required to return basin to the state as specified in the grading
plan. Repair/reinstall silt fence such that it is effective in preventing erosion.
3. Repair/reinstall silt fence such that it is effective in preventing erosion.
4. Same as Action #2.
