The first year permit fee is $25.00. Permits run from January to December and require annual renewal. The current renewal rate is $15.00. You will be provided with a notice of renewal prior to your current permit expiration date. Please note that this permit is being issued for a home based business that does not generate retail traffic. Should at such time your business change in its composition that you will generate retail traffic, wish to stock regular inventory beyond the items needed to conduct your garment alteration operation or experience such change that the business goes beyond that of a home based administrated business, you will be required reapply for an amended Home Occupation permit as a conditional use to your residential property.
