Permit Number 2010 -00004 for finish basement, 2010 -00006 for mechanical, &
2010 -00007 for plumbing
In reviewing our records, I have found that the permit mentioned above has not had a
final inspection or that it has an outstanding correction notice. I would like to inspect
your project to verify that it is in compliance with the requirements of the Minnesota
State Building Code.
To schedule an inspection, please contact Julie Hultman by calling 651- 439 -4439 or
emailing jhultman@cityofoakparkheights.com. The City's office hours are from 8 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Your permit will be held for a period of thirty days as of the date of this letter, awaiting
your call for an inspection. If the Building Inspection Department has not been contacted
by you within this time frame, this permit shall be closed, pending no outstanding
correction notices.
If there is an outstanding correction notice, legal remedies shall be considered and
pursued by the City. In this event, permit renewal for completion and/or correction of the
project will be required. This renewal is subject to a fee determined by the nature of the
project but shall be no less than $60.00.
