The Cit of Oak Park Hei is in receipt of y our application submitted on Jul 17, 2008
seekin consideration b the Cit for the concept plan submitted for the Carria House
Cooperative. With this letter, we are notif y ou that y our application will be deemed
complete with the receipt of the followin information b Jul 30, 2008:
1. You shall provide a si consent to the concept plan application from all of the
propert owners that y ou have a purchase a with for this project.
2, Provide the tabulations for land use and as a percent of total project area as
re in Section 401.06,C.3.f of the Zonin Ordinance.
3. Provide an update to the traffic stud that has been previousl provided for this
development.
As part of the review process for this application, a plan review will be conducted on
Wednesda Jul 30, 2008 at 10:30 AM at Cit Hall. We encoura y ou and y our
representatives to attend this meetin If the information is submitted as re b the
specified date, the application will be placed on the Au 14, 2008 Plannin
Commission meetin scheduled for 7:00 PM at Cit Hall.

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Subd. 3ft the City of Oak Park Heights is
herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review of the application for an
additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch
as the City has determined that additional research and study by City staff relative to the
complexity of the project as proposed will be required. Please contact me with any
questions you may have.
