RE: Green Brier Apartments, Oak Park Heights
Dear Mr. Johnson:
The MSCWMO inspected the stormwater infiltration features installed at the Green Brier Apartment
Complex as required as part of the parking lot reconstruction project which took place in the fall of
2009. The features satisfy the requirements set forth in the 2006 Watershed Management Plan;
therefore we find the stormwater management portion of the project to be complete. Green Brier
Apartments will be responsible for maintaining the infiltration features in the future.
