City Administrator Johnson encouraged you to submit a comprehensive sign plan for the site noting all of the signs you have or desire to have at the site so that it could be reviewed for compliance and applicability to the sites use. Presently there is a temporary sign placed on each side of the drive entry into the complex advertising of rental advertisement/special nature. Once again, this is the type of signage that requires a special event permit from the City. No such permit has been obtained and presently the site is in violation of the City Ordinance regulations. For your convenience I am enclosing the City's sign ordinance as it relates to special event and temporary signage as well as an application for the same. At this time, I request that you have the signs removed within 7 days of the date of this letter. I encourage you to consider Administrator. Johnson's suggestion of a comprehensive signage plan for the complex. Please contact me immediately should you have any questions. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
