October 27, 1999 Mr. Larry Bachman \ OCT 2 9 Director of Operations McDonalds Chadco Corporation 2044 East County Road E White Bear, MN 55110 Dear Mr. Bachman: This letter is to follow -up with the construction inspections conducted at the Mc Donalds restaurants in Oak Park Heights on October 15, 1999, and at the Woodbury location on October 19, 1999. I was accompanied by Mark Rose during the Woodbury inspection. The toaster cart(s) at both restaurants and the stainless steel top at the Woodbury location are not identified with the NSF sticker. These items can not be verified as meeting the standards and must be replaced or properly marked and affixed by the fabricator themselves. It is my understanding that H & K Dallas custom fabricated the carts located on the MFY line and LSV Metals fabricated the stainless steel top. As a reminder, and as stated in the Washington County Food Protection Ordinance # 104, this department shall inspect a facility after construction and prior to starting the operation, to determine compliance with the approved plans and specifications. Please contact me at 651- 430 -6638 when these items are completed and I will conduct a final inspection. Sincerely, () u - O JIt J (.
