First, the status of the site along Oakgreen Avenue and throughout is in disarray. All dirt piles and ungraded slopes shall be fully site graded and contained with seeding or other appropriate means, there shall be no ungraded siopes. Further, you shall remove all fencing that is not serving as erosion control and you shall remove all tree sturnps and other unsightly conditions. All such work, including but not Iimited to clearing, grading arid containment isto beacoompUshednot|aterthanNovember6'2OO9'UPonthe completion of this wqk, there shall be no further on-site earthwork or other use of the property as a excavation/fill site unless approved by the Citv in writing Failure to complete ths work may result in the City proceeding with further corrective actions. Secondly, as these are private streets, you are directed to immediately install street signs at Nova Scotia Avenue and Upper 58 St./Nutmeg Ct. N. and at Nova Scotia Avenue and Lower 59 St. Street signs are vital for public safety and emergency services provisions and shall be installed not later than November 20, 2009. Failure to install such signage could result in significant liability.
