HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-01-12 Public Hearing - Written Comments Received Eric.
We Have a good friend and neighbor, Jim Kremer that has been talking to you.
Please listen to his views. I called him about the letter we received from you
about the public hearing for Oak Park Senior living. This looks to me like Mr.
Nolde is trying to get more housing because it is for senior's and if it don't work
he will just open it up to low income housing. These plans are very confusing and I
will be out of town for the meeting. I sure wish you take a good look at this
request again and cut down the number of units that I think Mr. Nolde wants to
put in.

Dear Mr. Johnson:
As residents of 5845 Oakgreen Crt North, we are very concerned about the planned development at Nova
Scotia Ave N and 58 St. N. What the developer is proposing will impact the entire area that we live in.
Oakgreen already has a high density of traffic during business hours. The entire area will take on a
different appearance should the developer have his way.
Also pending for the area is a frontage road the state is proposing should the bridge project go ahead.
Another thing to consider is the Al Palmer property just SE of 58 Street. The primary access to Hwy 36
from this area is Oakgreen Avenue. Even if a 4 lane road is planned for Oakgreen traffic, congestion will
be a huge problem should this development become a reality.
