Hey Joe!
Thanks for shooting over the special event permit for your customer appreciation event. I am presuming
that the trailer out front now is the one you are referring to in its current location.
As your event periods are 4 days (Thursday through Sunday), if you remove the event item on Sunday as
noted, you may run it 3 separate weekends in a row. Just shoot me applications for the other two event
dates.
If you would like to add the car washing signs to the event dates, you can; otherwise please remove them
today. Alternately, they can be placed in the store front windows (inside).
With the issuance of the permit for the event 11 -12 through 11 -15 you have utilized 38 days of the 50 days
allowed for 2009, leaving you with a balance 12 days for the remainder of the year.
