I. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR: Attached Garage Construction -
Placement in Front Yard
All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and /or
restrictions imposed by the City Council of the City of Oak Park
Heights.
General Description:
1. By District Court order, owners have been granted a
variance to construct an attached garage 20' x 22' in the front
yard of their residence that will encroach on the front setback.
The garage as so constructed shall not exceed the
dimensions or distances depicted on that Certificate of Survey
prepared by Richard Person dated May 12, 1997, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference
herein.
Upon construction, the accessory structure (attached
garage) shall be considered as a non - conforming structure allowed
under 401.15A.3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oak Park
Heights.

Construction must be commenced and completed within
twelve (12) months from the date hereof or the variance expires.
II. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS:
The following additional restrictions and provisions being
part of the Conditional Use Permit to be issued herein affecting
the following manners shall be:

principal structure on the property
