Upon construction, the accessory structure (attached garage) shall be considered as a non - conforming structure allowed under 401.15A.3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oak Park Heights. 9 Construction must be commenced and completed within twelve (12) months from the date hereof or the variance expires. II. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS: The following additional restrictions and provisions being part of the Conditional Use Permit to be issued herein affecting the following manners shall be: A.
