NOTICE
TO THE OWNER, OCCUPANT, LESSEE, OR AGENT OF THE PROPERTY WHOSE
ADDRESS IS LISTED ON THE REVERSE SIDE:
In accordance with Minnesota Statutes 299F.011, an inspection of your property was conducted for the
purpose of fire and life safety. At the time of the inspection, certain conditions were observed which do not
meet minimum requirements of the MN Uniform Fire Code. Those items are checked in the first column,
under V.
A follow -up inspection will be conducted on or after the date listed on the bottom of the inspection report.
The purpose of the follow -up inspection is to determine that any violations or deficiencies observed on the
previous inspection have been corrected. Failure to comply with fire prevention requirements is a violation
of state statute and /or municipal ordinance. There is a variance procedure provided by the statute.
