summar of the process for the Oak Villa House Cooperative projects.

Concept plans were a submitted in 2006 b Anchoba The Cit Council
approved the concept plan at their April 11, 2006 meetin A g eneral plan application
was submitted in April 2006 for Phase 1 of the total development plan which included a
total of 67 townhome units. The second phase would have included an additional 46
townhome units. The g eneral plan for the 67 units was approved on Ma 23, 2006.
In 2007, John and Core Arkell, representin Nova Scotia Villas, received approval to
construct a different desi for 31 of the 67 units. The Cit Council approved that
amendment on Au 14, 2007.
In liecember 2007, an application for a PUD amendment for Phase 1 and a concept
2nd g eneral plan approval for Phase 2 of the Oak Villa development west of
*ak Avenue and north of 58 th Street was filed. The area under application
consisted of Phase 1 that has been previousl approved for PUD g eneral plan an-#`
Phase 2, and area that previousl was just approved for PUD concept.
This is the current status of approvals for Oak Villa A plan that indicates th-*
current approved la is found in Exhibit A.
A PUD concept plan approval application for two 48 unit senior cooperative rental
buildin referred to as the Carria Ho u se Cooperative, was filed in Jul 2008. Thc
pro was to be constructed in two phases and is located near the intersection of 58 1h
Street North and Oak Avenue.
The Cit Council approved the PUD concept plan at their Au 26, 2009 meetin The
approved concept plan la for this pro is found in Exhibit A. In October 2008, tl-�a
applicant submitted a PUD g eneral plan re to allow the construction of the firs)
phase of the Carria House Cooperative. The applicant withdrew this re prior to
the Plannin Commission public hearin
The current status of the Oak Villa House Cooperative projects is as
