E. Continued - Oak se Villa Villa To consider re for a planned unit
development: concept plan and conditional use permit for the construction of a
multi-famil housin development, located north of 58th St. N. and west of
Oak Ave. N.
Cit Planner Richards provided an overview of the applicants' re and a summar
of the issues, includin CET plannin streets and buildin orientation.
Chair Vo opened the hearin for public comment at 9:16 p.m.
Commissioner Li1je seconded b Commissioner Powell, moved to recommend
continuance of the public hearin to a special meetin with a date no later than
approximatel two weeks from the date of April 11, 2002. Carried 4-0.

Allen Black - Valle Senior Services Alliance discussed elevations and architectural
elements for this area and discussed how the desi can affect traffic patterns and
volume.
Dick Gacke - 13964 56th St. N. stated that he liked the buildin desi but did not like
the hei of them and that he was also concerned with the pond elevations and
floodin
David D - Dominium discussed the reasonin for buildin placement and exposures,
includin the issues of elevation for the same.
Velessa Caspers - 13950 - 56thSt. N. applauded the Cit for what has been done with
the Boutwell's Landin project so far and stated that she felt it has turned out
beautiful. She stated that she realized that discussions were bein held on individual
projects but also that the project should be dealt with as a whole, in that the enormit
of the project felt overwhelmin She su that perhaps the project should be
slowed down to see how some of the commercial aspects and what has alread been
put in place pans out.
Norma Anderson - 13902 56thSt. N. stated that she felt the buildin desi was g ood
but that she did not feel the st and hei blended with the existin nei
She is also concerned about sprin bein located where the under parkin is
bein proposed.
