The application has been deemed complete except for the re related to vacation of easements and the submittal of items listed below. The Cit cannot accept the application for easement vacation unless the easements are specificall identified with the submittals, conse y our application in that re is rejected. Additional submittals that are re include the followin and must be submitted no later than December 26, 2003: An appraisal of the propert as re to calculate park dedication re as found in Section 402.08 of the Subdivision Ordinance. 2. Mr. Ken Hooge Page Two Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Subd. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review of the project for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the project as proposed will be required.
