Senior Services conveying 58 Street from their ownership based on the current lay-out of 58
Street to the City of Oak Park Heights, as well as a copy of the deed of conveyance from the
Ritzers relative to their conveyance of their interest to the City which was originally commenced
by condemnation proceeding based on the previous lay-out, but concluded by voluntary transfer.
