Re: As -built certificates of survey
Dear Mr. Dockendorf,
Regarding your as -built certificates of surveys, the following conditions exist:
5900 & 5902 Oxboro Ave N I have received the Certificate of grading &
placement of irons document from the Pioneer Engineering, but was unable to locate all
the property pins. You will have to locate all pins and call for a're- inspection.
Please clearly mark the property pins with stakes for easy identification.
5851 & 5853 Oxboro Ave N I was unable to locate the pins.
5850 :. 5852 S1 xboro Ave N I was unable to locate the pins. In addition, this lot
was not properly graded to allow for proper drainage of the adjoining property. You may
recall that you were permitted to have a walkout at 5860 Oxboro, providing you offer
proper drainage eastward through this property. This property must be re- graded as
needed to comply with this requirement of the City.
Until such time these corrections have been made, inspected, and approved by the City's
engineers, these properties are in violation to the City's Zoning and Building Ordinance
Codes. No escrow monies shall be released until such time compliance is met.
