Ref: Roofs installed in East Oaks
Dear Dan,
On December 3 and December 10 of 2009,1 addressed letters to JTR Roofing regarding the
photos submitted on various roofs shingled in the East Oaks development. As stated in those
letters, the photos were insufficient to determine the actual dwellings being roofed. l am
enclosing copies of both letters for your review, and as you recall due to weather conditions
last year, we had to put all the issues of concern on hold.
Now is the time that we need to address these issues, so' please contact me to schedule an
appointment to visit the site to verify proper installation of the ice / water and shingles. I
suggest that we once again meet in my office to go over the photos and at that time I will let
you know of the roofs that I question and those that we shall investigate.
