RE: Oakgreen Village Development Site Issues
Dear Mr. Nolde:
This letter is in regard to the condition of the Oakgreen Village site. Responding to a complaint
on May 29, 2008 1 conducted a site inspection of your development.
The followin g issues need to be addressed and corrected within 30 days of the date of this
letter:
) The pallet of blocks and the empty pallets stacked in the parking area on Lower 59 "' St.
are to be removed from the site.

3) In general the entire development is to have all debris of any kind picked up and
removed. Construction materials are to be placed into a dumpster on site. At the time
of my site visit, there was not a dumpster on site.
4), Silt fencing throughout the development is in need of repair.
5) At the southwest corner of the site, there is an area where dirt has been dumped for
storage. The dirt pile is to be removed from the site or leveled.
