At the time of the inspection, certain conditions were observed which do not meet minimum require- ments of the MN Uniform Fire Code. Those items are checked in the first column, under V. ' A follow -up inspection will be conducted on or after the date listed on the bottom of the inspection report. The purpose of the follow -up inspection is to determine that any violations or deficiencies observed on the previous inspection have been corrected. Failure to comply with fire prevention requirements is a violation of state statute and /or municipal ordinance. There is a variance procedure provided by the statute.
