We have reviewed both the final grading and final utility construction plans for the Oakgreen
Village development as submitted by Folz, Freeman, Erickson, Inc on August 9, 2006. The
revised plans have addressed all previous comments.
A copy of the Approval letter from the Middle St. Croix Water Management Organization shall
be submitted to the City prior to issuing a grading permit.
