Dear Mr.- Humphrey,
The City of Oak Park Heights requires that the lens. of ALL lights be parallel
to the ground to comply with this ordinance.
This letter is to inform you that the WP2C Walipack lights do not conform
to the City's Lighting Ordinance: The lights must be installed so that the .
shields cut off the light at an angle less than (90) degrees and the lens must
be parallel to the ground to comply. Additional aside and front shields must
be added or the lights should be replaced with shoebox style lights. Please
contact me if you have any questions.
Please note that no further Certificate of Occupancy's will be issued to this
building until the wall packs are in compliance to the City's Lighting ,
Ordinance. Should you have any further questions please call me.
