the north line of said Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter for a distance of One
hundred thirty -nine and 79/i00 (139.79) feet to a point Fifty -five (55) feet westerly
of the west boundary line of said Lot Six (6); running thence souta and parallel to
and Fifty -five (55) feet west of the Rest boundary line of said Lot Six (6) for a
distance of Ninety -five (95) feet to the point of beginning, reserving an easement
for the installation and z<-- intenance of utilities over the northerly, easterly, south-
erly, and westerly Ten (10) feet of said land. There is also ;ranted hereby an ease-
