I will refer to each item by number and heading. General Comments 1.a. Mechanical and Electrical drawings have been submitted under separate cover. b. Fire - stopping submittals and shop drawings will be provided for all penetrations. 2. We will comply — calculations will be provided by mechanical contractor. 3. We will comply Accessibility Comments 1. Tub and showers are fully backed allowing for location of grab bars per SBC1341.1640 and figure 81. 2. Tech /Learning has been made smaller so that it's occupant load is less than 50 and therefore does not require two exits or panic Hardware. The parlor has two exits and is provided with panic Hardware 2. Door G124 and G124a Have been added. G124a is the exterior door for the second means of egress 3. This has been reconfigured to comply. 4. The second floor has been redesigned to offices and storage the offices have a combined sq. ft of 793 which is an occupant load of 8 the storage area has a sq. ft. of 267 which is less than 1 occupant. Therefore we have a combined occupant load of less than 10 5. We will comply Fire - resistive Comments la. These rooms have been provided with rated walls and doors to comply b.
