I am in receipt of your email dated June 19 and I have the following response:
This property is zoned PUD and has many conditions and criteria associated with its initial approval and
subsequent amendments all of which remain in effect. At this time there are no known material deviations
from such approved PUD, its amendments and/or City ordinances. However, until a full compliance audit
is requested and completed the City cannot guaranty that there are in fact no violations. These conditions
can change daily.
While the City believes the information conveyed above is accurate, the City reserves the right to amend,
append, delete or revise the language or the contents of this communication as appropriate and at any time.
