' WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA The two town boards above mentioned, met at the District Court rooms in the Court House, Stillwater, Minnesota, on February 8, 1949 at 10:30 A.M. in Conjunction with the Board of County Commissioners, , 'Washington County, Minnesota for the purpose of disoussing and dividing the .ia aliVes assets of the old Town ; of Stillwater. 1� ' its r r ©rte$ thatt19�e 19 7 aBses'sed valuation of 5 � ,, �t'naoiromprleing the respective Towns was as follows: ' `� .t , Town of Stillwater . . . 1173,682 or 78.64A Tows of Oak 'ark . . . 47, or 2 , It was ap cppable and acceptable to both of said Towns and motions were made, and carried dividing the liabilities and assets as follows: 1, The Town of Oak Park was to select one of the two horse power graders they desired. 2, The Town of Stillwater was to pay to the Town of Oak Park 4100,00 for their interest in the Town Hall of the Town of Stillwater, together with all personal property located therein, and also to quit claim and release all their interest in. the building at Oak Park known as "Election Precinot.,Nuiaber Two Building ", ' located on Washington Squarein Elfeldt's Addition to Oak Park, Washington County, Minnesota. 3. The snow fence was divided as follows: One-fifth (1/5) thereof to the Town of Oak Park and. Four - fifths (4/5) ,% therao$ to the Town of Stillwater. Mrs. Lenore Larson Cler%'of ` the Tetins ,of., tillwater reported that there was on hand in the Town Treasury the Bum of $469 ?,74 and , ' as of the date hereof, the following bills were unpaid: � A. ri. Lehrer and Son 8 A. H. Lehrer and Son 39. Washington County for grader work . 468,45 i Ed. Norman, labor 14045 i 1 Lenore Larson, services as clerk 30.87 ' E Curtis Fuel and Feed for salt . . . 5.20 Town of May for grading 42. Q0 ( 3 Pro rata services of George Rydeen as Treasurer 62.50) TOTAL . . . . 4 750.90 , j Uponmotion made and carried, the above mentioned bills were `.
